All installation and use are at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage or injury arising from installation or use.
Warranty Disclaimer: All products are provided “as-is” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limits of Liability: To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to $100 total. A class-action waiver or arbitration requirement does not remove your legal responsibilities or prevent individual claims or regulatory actions.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Indiana law. Non-arbitrable disputes must be brought in Lake County, Indiana.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed in the order received. Delivery times are set by carriers and not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delays, loss, damage, or misrouting transfers to the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses; shipments to incorrect addresses are non-refundable and not replaceable. Returned packages may require additional shipping fees. International shipments may face customs fees, taxes, delays, or restrictions, which are the buyer’s responsibility. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
